Located right on the beach at the Muri Lagoon this private secluded property is easily accessed being just 100 metres off the main road down a sealed drive past the Flame Tree Restaurant.
Restaurants abound close by with the "Flame Tree" and "The Point" a new recently opened restaurant, plus "Sandals" at the Pacific Resort and "Sails"
located at the Sailing Club.
The Villa is very spacious with a large modern new open designed Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and full size stove/oven, Frig/Freezer, Bar & Bar Fridge complete with ice machine.
Location
Muri Beach on the eastern coast is one of Rarotonga’s most beautiful beaches, fronting a large lagoon, with small ’islets’. Transfers to and from International Flights are arranged and provided.
Dining & Entertainment
A large dining area, with adjacent lounge complete with satellite TV, Video, CD/DVD Stereo opens out to the outdoor terrace that runs the length of the Villa.
Extensive terrace surrounds the elevated fresh water swimming pool that overlooks the beach offering spectacular views across the lagoon to the Motus and along the beach in both directions. This terrace has a covered gazebo in one corner with outdoor dining setting for casual dining beside the pool and lagoon.
Close by (30 meters) is the Flame Tree Restaurant while a seven-day grocery store is located at the main road turn off 120 meters from the Villa.
Facilities
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and bedding consists of one x split King (can be concerted to single beds) in each of the three bedrooms. One bedroom fronting the terrace and beach has a full ensuite, while the other two share a large bathroom and separate toilet.
A fully equipped laundry opens to an outdoor covered carport at the rear of the Villa.
All windows are insect screened, with bedrooms air-conditioned and ceiling fans providing air circulation in all areas of the Villa.
The Villa is serviced three times weekly.
Activities
Relax by your private pool, or on the beach. Snorkel, swim, kayak.
Snorkelling equipment and Kayaks are provided. Rarotonga has an excellent coastal road with regular buses running in each direction. Hire cars or scooters are also available on Rarotonga, so it is easy to travel around the island.
